To bridge that gap, we launched our Wood of the Month Club. We take the guesswork out of the fire by delivering expertly split, high-quality wood tailored specifically for Santa Maria style setups straight to your door. Each month will come with a new recipe that is paired to the wood of the month. So you never run out of fuel and always have something new and fun to try.
While we love supplying the fuel, right now, behind the scenes in our Iowa workshop, we are actively designing, engineering, and prototyping our very own line of FireFinch grills.
We aren't interested in mass-producing standard backyard cookers. We are building rugged, heavy-duty, next-generation live-fire machines designed by purists, for purists.
